PRESS NOTE — Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025 on 14th September, 2025 (Sunday) across India. The Commission has uploaded the e-Admit Cards for candidates on its website. Candidates are required to download and take a printout of the e-Admit Card, which must be preserved until the final result declaration. No paper Admit Cards will be issued.
Important Instructions:
- Candidates must produce a printout of their e-Admit Card and valid Photo ID at the exam venue.
- If the e-Admit Card photo is unclear, candidates must bring a Photo ID and 3 passport size photographs.
- Discrepancies must be reported immediately at e16sectionupsc@gov.in.
- Session timings:
- English Paper: 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- General Knowledge: 12:30 PM – 02:30 PM
- Elementary Mathematics: 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- Entry closes 30 minutes before commencement of each session.
- No bags, mobiles, smartwatches, or IT gadgets allowed inside the premises.
- Only Admit Card, Black Ballpoint Pen, ID proof, and required photographs are allowed.
- Violation of rules may lead to cancellation of candidature, FIR/police complaint, or debarment.
