This is an official public notice regarding the recruitment and related examinations for the session 2024. Candidates and stakeholders are requested to read the information carefully and follow the instructions below.
Important Dates
- Notice Publication Date: 12 December 2024
- Beginning of online process: 05 March 2025
- Application submission window (initial): 21 March 2025 to 19 April 2025
- Examination / Event Dates (conducted locally): 19 September 2025 to 21 September 2025
- Extended/Correction Window for candidates: 06 October 2025 to 16 October 2025 (applications accepted until 23:59 on the last date)
How to Apply
Applicants must complete the online registration process through the official portal. The application requires candidates to upload prescribed documents and complete the registration form as per instructions on the portal. In-person or offline submission of the same application where not specified will not be accepted unless explicitly stated.
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable application fee of ₹300. Candidates must pay the fee through the specified online payment gateway during application. Fee concessions or exemptions (if any) will be communicated separately in the official notification.
Selection & Exam Pattern
The selection process will include an Online Test/Recruitment (OTR) and may include document verification and other stages as indicated in the official advertisement. Candidates are expected to satisfy the eligibility criteria, and those provisionally shortlisted will be called for further stages. Possession of required academic or technical qualifications does not guarantee selection; final appointment will follow complete verification and fulfilment of rules.
Important Instructions
- Ensure that all personal and educational details entered in the application are accurate and match supporting documents.
- Keep scanned copies of your photograph, signature and required certificates ready before starting the online application.
- Do not submit duplicate applications. Multiple submissions may result in rejection of candidature.
- Candidates called to appear for the exam or document verification must bring original documents and valid photo ID.
- Any attempt to submit false information or misrepresent documents will lead to disqualification and possible legal action.
Special Notes
Applicants who fail to complete their application correctly within the prescribed period will not be considered. The recruiting authority reserves the right to cancel, modify or change any part of the recruitment process without prior notice, and to fix the number of vacancies based on administrative requirements.
