Background
The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) is a statutory regulatory body established by an Act of Parliament to develop and regulate the financial services market in the IFSCs in India.
GIFT IFSC at GIFT City, Gandhinagar is the maiden IFSC in the country. IFSCA has its headquarters at GIFT City and exercises powers of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and PFRDA in respect of financial products, financial services, and institutions in IFSCs.
IFSCA invites applications from Indian citizens for the post of Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager). The Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or not fill the vacancies.

Age Limit (as on 25.09.2025)
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years relaxation
Selection Process
- Phase I: Online Exam (MCQs, two papers, 100 marks each)
- Phase II: Online Exam (Descriptive + Subject related, 100 marks each)
- Phase III: Interview (Weightage: Phase II – 85%, Interview – 15%)
For IT stream candidates, a qualifying Coding Test will be conducted before the Interview.
Pay Scale & Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹62,500 – 1,26,100 (17 years)
Approximate Gross Pay: ₹1,80,000/- per month
Other Benefits: Leave Fare Concession, Medical Benefits, NPS, Housing Allowance, Conveyance, Education Allowance, and more as per IFSCA rules.
