3. Eligibility Conditions
Age: 21 to 30 years (as on 01.08.2025). Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10-15 years, Ex-Servicemen – up to 10 years, Confirmed LIC employees – 5 years.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
4. Emoluments and Benefits
Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month. Total Emoluments: Approx. ₹1,26,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city, along with allowances, benefits, pension, loans, insurance, and perks.
5. Selection Process
The selection will be through Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Interview, and Medical Test.
- Phase I: Preliminary Examination – 100 Questions (Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English – qualifying)
- Phase II: Main Examination – 300 Marks Objective + 25 Marks Descriptive
- Phase III: Interview – Shortlisted candidates will face a personal interview
6. Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹85 + GST
- Others: ₹700 + GST
Payment is to be made through online mode only.
7. Service Conditions
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India, especially in mofussil branches, for at least five years. Transfers and postings are as per LIC policy.
8. Guarantee Bond
Candidates must serve LIC for a minimum of 4 years (including probation). If they leave earlier, they must pay liquidated damages of ₹5,00,000.
