Eligibility & Qualification — At a Glance
The majority of legal-related posts require a Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. Medical Officer posts require an MBBS degree included in Chapter VI of the National Medical Commission Act 2019. Lecturer (Urdu) requires Post-Graduation in Urdu with B.Ed. For posts like Accounts Officer or Assistant Director, educational requirements vary from a bachelor’s degree to a master’s degree in specific disciplines — please consult the detailed notification for exact eligibility criteria and experience (if any).
Age Relaxations & Special Notes
- Several posts carry category-wise upper age limits (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwBD). These are mentioned with each vacancy above.
- For specific Ladakh posts, a one-time special relaxation of 5 years has been granted by the Administration of UT of Ladakh for recruitment years 2025 & 2026 (see vacancy notes where applicable).
- All age relaxations will be applied as per rules; maximum permissible age for the Deputy Legal Adviser post shall not exceed 56 years as noted.
