Eligibility & Reservation Policy
The recruitment shall follow the reservation norms as prescribed by the Government of India and Chandigarh Administration. Under SC/OBC categories, reservation benefits shall be extended only to those candidates who belong to Chandigarh domicile as per the latest circulars issued by the administration. Reservation for benchmark disabilities will be as per Gazette Notification dated 04th January 2021 by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.
Remuneration
The selected Junior Basic Teachers (JBTs) will be offered a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 45,260/-. This salary is subject to periodic revision by the Samagra Shiksha Society, Chandigarh.

Application Fee

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be strictly based on merit, calculated through an Objective Type Test consisting of 150 marks. Key points include:
- Qualifying Marks: 40% for all categories.
- No Interview: There will be no interview for selection to the post.
- Final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the objective type test.
Examination Details
