Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Minimum age: 21 years | Maximum age: 42 years (as on 01 July 2025). Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per Uttarakhand Government rules.
Educational Qualification
- B.Ed in Special Education from a recognized university/institution approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Valid RCI registration with CRR number.
- 6-month Diploma/Training in Inclusive Education (Cross Disability Category).
- Must have qualified UTET-II/CTET-II examination with required marks as per category norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum two years of service in the Territorial Army.
- Possession of NCC "B" or "C" Certificate.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a written competitive examination (Objective type with Multiple Choice Questions). The exam will be either in offline or online mode and will carry a total of 100 marks with a duration of 2 hours.
Key Points:
- Negative marking: 1/4 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- General & OBC candidates must score a minimum of 45% marks.
- SC & ST candidates must score a minimum of 35% marks.
- OMR Sheets must be submitted in original and duplicate; a triplicate copy can be retained by the candidate.
The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained. In case of tie, seniority by age will be considered, followed by alphabetical order.
